RELEASE TERMS

I, the undersigned Model, for good and valuable consideration (which I acknowledge), hereby grant the Photographer and their legal representatives, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or video of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, promotion, commercial, and any other lawful purpose, in any manner and medium, including print and digital.

I understand that:

I do not own the copyright to the images.
The images may be altered, cropped, or modified for commercial use.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.
I release the Photographer from any claims or liability arising from the use of the photographs, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation.
